Özgür ZEYDAN graduated from Middle East Technical University department of Environmental Engineering in 2002. He completed his Msc. education between 2006 and 2008 at Zonguldak Karaelmas University. He completed his Phd. education between 2009 and 2014 at Kocaeli University. He worked as an instructor at Zonguldak Karaelmas (Bülent Ecevit) University for 12.5 years. He had been worked as an assistant professor at Bülent Ecevit University department of Environmental Engineering between 2015 July and January 2016. He had performed his postdoctoral research at GATECH Earth & Atmospheric Sciences in 2016. He has been working as an assistant professor at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, Department of Environmental Engineering. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor on 19.01.2022. He is one of the authors of the 6th National Communication on Turkey under UNFCCC.
